Supreme Court happy with progress in talks in Sunjay Kapur case

NEW DELHI: After a bitter courtroom battle over the division of the late industrialist Sunjay Kapur's assets, his family members are now cooperating in a Supreme Court-directed mediation process to arrive at an amicable settlement. The Supreme Court had on May 7 appointed ex-CJI D Y Chandrachud as mediator and asked the parties to appear before him.
