OLONGAPO CITY — Classes at all levels in both public and private schools here remain suspended on Friday as the enhanced southwest monsoon continues to bring heavy rains across the province. The announcement came after the municipalities of San Felipe, Cabangan, Botolan and Palauig declared class suspensions on Thursday night. Later that evening, Subic, Castillejos, San Marcelino, San Antonio, San Narciso, Iba, Masinloc and Sta. Cruz also suspended classes.
