According to Ukrinform, the Ukrainian Air Force Command reported this on Facebook.

According to military sources, on the night of August 7 (starting at 6:00 p.m. on August 6), the enemy launched an attack using 147 Shahed-type combat UAVs (including jet-powered ones), Gerbera, Italmas, and Parodiya-type decoy drones from the following directions: Orel, Kursk, Primorsko-Akhtarsk in the Russian Federation; Donetsk in the temporarily occupied territory; and Hvardiiske in the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.

The air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile forces, electronic warfare units, unmanned systems, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

According to preliminary data, as of 08:30, Air Defense Forces shot down or neutralized 114 enemy UAVs of the Shahed, Gerbera, Italmas, and other types in the north, south, and east of the country.

Twenty-nine combat UAVs hit 15 locations, and debris was found at four locations.

As reported by Ukrinform, the total combat losses of Russian troops since the start of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine—from February 24, 2022, to August 7, 2026—amount to approximately 1,455,420 personnel, including 1,210 over the past 24 hours.
