SAN ILDEFONSO, Ilocos Sur— House Majority Floor Leader Ferdinand Alexander “Sandro” Marcos on Friday dismissed concerns that several delayed infrastructure projects in his home province are “ghost projects.” “You can actually see it; there’s nothing ghostly about this,” said Marcos, congressman of Ilocos Norte’s First District, when he joined Public Works Secretary Vince Dixon in inspecting the Loing-Mangitayag Bridge.
