BACOLOD CITY – A police officer died from drowning while trying to save two companions while on patrol in Cadiz City, Negros Occidental, on Friday morning. The Police Regional Office Negros Island Region (PRO NIR) identified the fatality as PMSgt. Fernando P. Marfa, who was assigned to the Cadiz City Police Station.
