SAN ANTONIO, Zambales — The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) suspended sea travel anew in this province on Saturday (Aug. 8) as the southwest monsoon continued to bring heavy rains and rough seas. According to PCG’s latest advisory, the suspension covers vessels and motorboats 250 GT and below, except those seeking shelter.
