MANILA, Philippines — Suspected smuggled cigarettes worth over P3 million aboard a passenger vessel were seized by the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) in Zamboanga City on Friday. The PCG said the assorted cigarettes were discovered concealed in different areas in the vessel following a K9 security inspection. The seized contraband has an estimated market value of P3,058,600 million.
