Russian forces attacked populated areas in Odesa region with strike drones, killing one woman.

According to Ukrinform, the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kiper, reported this on Telegram.

"The enemy has once again attacked Odesa region with strike drones. Civilian infrastructure was once again targeted. Unfortunately, there is one fatality," Kiper said.

According to him, in one settlement a Russian drone struck a two-story residential apartment building.

A woman was killed.

In another settlement, the roof of a private house collapsed after being hit by a Russian drone. No one was injured.

The attack also damaged a warehouse used for storing tobacco.

A major gas pipeline was also damaged, causing a gas leak and a fire at the site. Firefighters are continuing efforts to extinguish the blaze.

Emergency responders and rescue services are working at the affected locations.

As Ukrinform reported, a residential building in Odesa was damaged during a Russian attack on July 21, leaving four people injured.
