SAN ANTONIO, ZAMBALES, Philippines — Several areas in this province experienced unscheduled power interruptions on Saturday evening (Aug. 8) as heavy rains and strong winds affected parts of Zambales. According to an advisory from the Zambales Electric Cooperative II (Zameco II), an outage that started at 6:08 p.m. affected the entire areas of Looc and Nagbayan, as well as portions of Magsaysay, San Agustin, Sta.
