Oleksandr Hanzha, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, stated this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
According to the official, Nikopol, as well as the Pokrovska, Marhanetska, and Chervonohryhorivska communities, came under attack in Nikopol district.
"An outpatient clinic, administrative buildings, a shop, and private houses were damaged. A bus and a truck were destroyed. Two people were killed. Two others were injured. A 54-year-old man was hospitalized in moderate condition. A 48-year-old man is receiving outpatient treatment," Hanzha said.

In the Dubovyky community of Synelnykove district, more than 20 private houses and cars were destroyed or damaged.
In the Zelenodolsk community of Kryvyi Rih district, a private house, a shop, and a car were damaged.
"Russian forces also targeted Pavlohrad and the Mezhyrichka community. Fires broke out there," Hanzha said.
As previously reported, on August 8, a regular passenger bus caught fire in Nikopol following a Russian attack. One of the drivers was killed, while another was injured.
