President Volodymyr Zelensky said this in an interview with the United News, according to Ukrinform.

According to the Ukrainian president, it is necessary to understand that Russia will resort to anything.

"There will be hundreds, thousands of cyberattacks, missile pressure will be used, there will be intimidation, and so on. They do not change," he said.

Zelensky emphasized that Putin has so far been unable to achieve victory in the war and that the Russian dictator is therefore considering mobilization.

"He is thinking about how to deceive his own people. How to carry out mass mobilization without actually announcing it. How to introduce some kind of shadow contracts, close the borders, and so on. We see this. We are already seeing many such moves," the president said.

Putin needs to present a victory to the Russian public, but, according to Zelensky, there will be no victory for him in Ukraine.

"He needs to sell a victory. He will not have a victory in Ukraine. He needs to seize Donbas. We are not going to withdraw on our own. So what can he sell as a victory? He will twist those Anchorage terms that they discussed with the American side, with the President of the United States. No one is going to abandon their country, their people, and simply walk away. Because no one can guarantee that this man will not go further," the Ukrainian president concluded.

As Ukrinform reported, Putin expanded the list of convicted individuals who are allowed to sign contracts with Russia's Defence Ministry.
