Odesa Mayor Serhii Lysak reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

According to preliminary information, he said, residential buildings and infrastructure were damaged.

Later, the mayor reported: "Six people are known to have been injured as a result of the enemy attack on Odesa. They are receiving all necessary assistance."

Residential buildings were damaged in several parts of the city, and cars were also set on fire.

"All emergency and municipal services are working at the scene," Lysak added.

Overnight, the Ukrainian Air Force warned of the threat of ballistic weapons and detected high-speed targets over the Odesa region.

An air raid alert was also issued in the region due to the threat of Russian drone attacks.

Earlier reports said that Odesa's Chornomorets Stadium was damaged in an enemy attack on August 7.
