SAN ANTONIO, Zambales — At least 21 houses were reported damaged in Zambales as heavy rains and strong winds brought by the southwest monsoon or habagat, continued to affect the province. The latest consolidated report from the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (PDRRMC) on Sunday, Aug. 9, listed 10 damaged houses in the towns of Subic, Castillejos, San Antonio, San Narciso, Masinloc and Sta. Cruz. The tally did not yet include 11 houses in Barangay San Miguel in San Antonio that were earlier reported damaged following strong winds and heavy rain on Saturday night.
