SAN ANTONIO, Zambales — A portion of the national highway in Subic, Zambales, is not passable to light vehicles as of Monday morning (Aug. 10) due to heavy flooding and unsafe road conditions. Authorities said the affected portion is along the Barangay Ilwas to Mangan-Vaca route. Motorists were advised to take alternate routes and avoid the affected area while clearing operations are being conducted. Local authorities urged motorists to remain alert and wait for further updates on the condition of the road.
