SAN ANTONIO, Zambales — Water levels beneath three bridges in Olongapo City reached their spilling levels early Monday (Aug. 10) as rains continued to affect the city. Based on the Olongapo City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office monitoring, water levels beneath the Del Rosario, Sta. Rita and Kalaklan bridges have all reached 4 meters as of 4:30 a.m placing them at the spilling level.
