MABALACAT CITY, Pampanga — Floodwaters affecting Sto. Niño Parish church in the City of San Fernando did not discourage parishioners from proceeding with the scheduled veneration of the image of Pampanga’s patroness and the province’s revered centuries-old crucifix on Sunday.
