CABANATUAN CITY – Seven villages in four Nueva Ecija municipalities were inundated by floodwaters due to continuous rains brought by the southwest monsoon, according to a Sunday police tally. Flooding was reported in Sitio Cabasta, Barangay Sta. Lucia and Sitio Balumbom, Barangay Mayamot in Zaragoza municipality; Barangays Aquino and Sta.
