According to Ukrinform, the ASTRA Telegram channel reported the situation.

The shortages are occurring against the backdrop of statements by local authorities claiming that the situation has stabilized.

According to an ASTRA subscriber, a huge queue has formed at a Rosneft gas station, while other stations have no fuel available.

Earlier, Lipetsk Region Governor Igor Artamonov said that "the situation at gas stations has objectively improved: supplies have become more stable, and queues have shortened."

In response, regional authorities lifted restrictions on refueling vehicles based on whether their license plate numbers are even or odd.

As Ukrinform reported, Russia faces the risk of a major gasoline shortage due to problems at oil refineries.
