TACLOBAN CITY— Thirteen employees of the local government unit (LGU) of Isabel in Leyte tested positive in a surprise drug screening conducted on Aug. 6 and 7, according to Mayor Bennet Pongos. A total of 145 LGU employees took the drug testing, with 13 yielding positive results, according to the municipal government. Of those who tested positive, one is a regular employee, one is a casual worker, and 11 are job order personnel.
