This was reported by Oleh Kipper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, according to Ukrinform.
“There are already 14 casualties in the Odesa region as a result of the massive missile and drone attack that took place on the night of August 9,” he wrote.

According to the official, 11 people have been hospitalized; doctors assess the condition of one of them as critical, and five others as moderate.
All are receiving the necessary medical care, Kipper added.
As reported by Ukrinform, Russian troops attacked Odesa last night with ballistic missiles and strike drones, damaging infrastructure facilities.
