SAN ANTONIO, Zambales — Flooding was reported in several areas inside the Subic Bay Freeport Zone on Monday morning as rains brought by the southwest monsoon continued to sweep through Zambales. As of 10 a.m., several roads in the Freeport were reported flooded, with water reaching gutter level in at least seven areas, according to an update from Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA).
