This was reported by the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, according to Ukrinform.
“July 2026. The Lyman sector. Servicemen from the radar crews of the ‘Silver Trio’ unit, together with hunters from our unit and the anti-aircraft missile battalion of the 115th Mechanized Brigade, destroyed 124 enemy drones,” the statement reads.
The agency specifies that 114 of the drones were attack drones. These included 62 “Gerberas,” 23 “Molniyas,” 18 “Lancets,” 10 “Shaheds,” and one “Italmas.”
In addition, border guards destroyed 10 reconnaissance drones. Specifically, four ZALA drones, three “Orlan” drones, two KVO drones, and one SuperCam drone.

“Behind the raw number of 124 lies what really matters: the enemy did not receive some of the intelligence data, and dozens of attack drones failed to hit their targets or wreak havoc behind the lines,” the State Border Guard Service added.
As reported by Ukrinform, the Air Defense Forces neutralized 114 of the 147 drones used by Russian invaders to attack Ukraine beginning on the evening of August 6; hits were recorded at 15 locations.
