MANILA, Philippines — As continuous rains impact Metro Manila and nearby provinces, Manila Water continues to strengthen the reliability of its water distribution system by keeping non-revenue water (NRW) below 15 percent and sustaining rapid response to leaks and pipe failures across its network.
