President Volodymyr Zelensky made this statement in an evening address, according to Ukrinform.
"Today marks yet another achievement by our Ukrainian Defense Forces: another facility in the Russian oil refining industry has been struck, and the distance is significant—more than 2,500 kilometers. It’s in Tobolsk, in Siberia. Now this region, too, is within range of our precision strikes. This is a very significant achievement by our Ukrainian soldiers. I thank everyone for their precision. There will be more Ukrainian precision strikes to demonstrate to Russia and the Russian people that peace is necessary," Zelensky said.
According to him, data from internal polls in Russia indicate that the number of people there who want the war to end is already growing.

He emphasized that this must be made even more palpable so that “Putin and his administration, his FSB agents, and everyone else in the aggressor state understand unequivocally that there is no alternative to peace.”
As reported, on August 10, units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck the “Tobolskneftekhim” petrochemical complex in Tobolsk, Tyumen Oblast, Russian Federation.
