LUCENA CITY – The harsh monsoon rains and the lingering effects of weather disturbances like Maymay has now impacted 100,020 Calabarzon families from the initial tally of 25,322, the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) said in the latest report collated in Region IV-A. The affected families are from 554 barangays in the provinces of Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal and Quezon, the agency said.
