DIVERSIONS ARE IN place after a Dublin Bus caught fire in the Donnybrook area.

The incident happened on Morehampton Street, which is now closed as a result.

Emergency services are at the scene and no injuries have been reported.

The following diversions are now in place for Route E1 and E2 travelling in both directions until further notice.

Northbound

Divert via Waterloo Road, Baggot Street, turning onto Pembroke Street Upper and back onto normal route

Stops 906, 907, 908 and 909 are not in use.

Southbound

Normal route to Stephen’s Green divert via Baggot Street, Waterloo Road turning left onto Leeson Street and back onto normal route

Stops 842, 845, 846, 847, 848 are not in use.

Dublin Bus has been approached for comment.
