Amy Childs shares 'beautiful memories' from family holiday after her £1.7million Essex mansion was ransacked by thieves while they were abroad.

The TOWIE star, 36, took to Instagram on Tuesday to share highlights from their trip after taking 'a step back from social media' following the devastating break-in.

In one photo, Amy soaked up the sun by a beach bar in a red bikini as she packed on the PDA with her husband Billy Delbosq, 43, while enjoying a glass of champagne.

The couple headed on holiday with their twins Billy and Millie, three, and Amy's daughter Polly, eight, who she shares with ex Bradley Wright, and son Ritchie, seven, who she co-parents with her business leader ex Ritchie.

While Amy keeps Ritchie off social media, she shared photos of her other three children.

In one photo, Milly and Polly sported matching floral dresses as they tucked into sweets with brother Billy and Amy.

In another, Amy showed off her close bond with Polly as they enjoyed a family meal.

Amy wrote: 'I’ve been very quiet on here for the past few weeks. I’ve needed a little time to focus on being back home getting things sorted and just take a step back from social media for a while.

'Family time away was definitely needed. We have made some beautiful memories together. But guys to be honest it’s time to crack on with work, get back to a bit of normality (in the kids holiday).

'The twins start school in September, which I am feeling so emotional about.

'Oh and also I’ve still got the rest of the wedding to plan.

'Thank you all for your messages lately everyone.'

Amy's TOWIE co-stars took to the comment section. Chloe Meadows wrote: 'Beautiful family' while her cousin Harry Derbidge posted love heart emojis.

The TOWIE star returned home from their lavish getaway to her house 'completely trashed' after thieves broke in

She wrote: 'Many of you have reached out after hearing what happened, so I just wanted to say thank you. 'Unfortunately, our home was burgled while we were away. We’re devastated'

Amy's mansion is the latest celebrity home to be targeted by thieves after Megan McKenna and Michelle Keegan and Mark Wright's homes were also broken into.

She wrote last week: 'Many of you have reached out after hearing what happened, so I just wanted to say thank you.

'Unfortunately, our home was burgled while we were away. We’re devastated, but so thankful that no one was in the house and everyone is safe.

'We’re taking some time to process everything and really appreciate all of your messages.'

A source told The Sun: 'Amy and her family returned from holiday to find that thieves had broken into her home and completely trashed the place.

'She's absolutely heartbroken. She is just grateful that she and the kids were away when it happened, because it would have been terrifying if they had been there when the burglars came.

'She can't even bear to think about that but it's still left her shaken. At the moment, she isn't sure exactly what's been taken as the place is totally wrecked and police have been there along with forensics. It's a total nightmare and really freaked her out.'

A representative for Amy confirmed the burglary and told The Sun: 'No one was hurt which is the main thing. The police are all over it.'

The Daily Mail approached Amy for comment.
