According to Ukrinform, this was reported on Telegram by Vitalii Karabanov, head of the Balakliia City Military Administration.

“As a result of repeated enemy shelling of the central part of our city, one person has been injured, according to preliminary reports. They are receiving all necessary medical care. Three private houses were damaged: One of them was destroyed, and the other two were severely damaged. A fire broke out in one of the private homes after it was hit,” Karabanov reported.

According to him, an apartment building that was damaged during the morning shelling has been damaged again.

Damage to other private houses has been reported. Their number and the extent of the damage are being determined.

The head of the Balakliia City Military Administration noted that relevant services are working at the scene, assisting people, and addressing the consequences of the enemy attack.

As reported by Ukrinform, on August 11, Kharkiv and nine other settlements in the Kharkiv region came under Russian attack; thirteen people were injured, including a child.
