For most of the last decade, Jennie’s fantastical and luxurious world has been something fans watched from the outside through a screen, in concert crowds, or from the distance that stardom at her scale tends to require. But beginning today, several will have the chance to live and sleep inside it via an Airbnb booking.

Airbnb announced on Wednesday that it will open booking requests for Villa Adriana, the clifftop property in Begur, Spain, that acts as the filming location for Jennie’s newly dropped “Less Than a Lover” music video — the visual that has already reached more than 20 million views and spotlights a more tender, self-possessed moment in the superstar’s body of work.

While the villa tends to require a six-night minimum, fans can take up an offer for one three-night stay between September 11–14 and accommodate up to 12 guests. Guests submit requests, rather than booking instantly, with the rate at $1,011 per night ($3,033 for the full booking) or roughly $253 per person at full occupancy. Prior to the Airbnb partnership, the villa at times required a minimum stay of six nights, making the Airbnb option more reasonable for those looking for a jet-setting Jennie fans..

As viewers saw in the dreamy “Less Than a Lover” visual where Jennie acted as a director, the villa sits above two coves in the Costa Brava region (locals say Platja Fonda boasts deep, still water nearby while the turquoise Cala d’Aiguablava bay is just beyond) with the home reportedly offering panoramic views from every terrace, the landscaped garden and its infinity pool. A private gate opens onto the beach, which includes a coastal path to Aigua Blava. The historic and tourist-friendly village of Begur is also close by.

But what fans likely did not see was the massive scope of the home with the villa boasting six bedrooms across seven beds and seven bathrooms including a principal suite with a whirlpool tub. There are fun and luxurious additions to the home that are perfect for any K-pop star — or anyone who wants to pretend to be one for the weekend — with a DJ area wired with a professional sound system, a private cinema room, sun loungers, a Roman-style pond, a pool table and an indoor fireplace. According to Airbnb, the video shoot's set pieces remain in place, meaning guests move through the video’s actual rooms.

The listing arrives less than three weeks after “Less Than a Lover” was released globally on July 24, marking Jennie’s first solo output since her 2025 full-length debut album Ruby. The track marks a notable shift in tone for the singer-rapper, building out a breezy summer single with lo-fi guitars and vintage keyboards that resemble the latter half of Ruby (in soft standouts like “Starlight,” “Damn Right” and “twin”) versus the maximalist singles (like her Diplo-produced anthem “Like JENNIE” or “Extra L” with Doechii). She wrote the track alongside producer Cashmere Cat (who’s produced experimental with Ariana Grande, Kali Uchis and Selena Gomez), producer Tyler Spry (whose recent work includes Bad Bunny, BTS and Tate McRae), Forbes 30 Under 30 alumnus Bibi Bourelly (who's written for Rihanna, Tyla and several of Jennie’s Ruby cuts), among others. Taiwanese model Nah Kai co-starred in the music video, which was directed by Jennie and her creative collaborator, photographer and director Choeey.

“Less Than a Lover” first debuted throughout Jennie’s packed summer festival schedule. First heard at Governors Ball in New York in June, Jennie performed the new single alongside other new tracks around the world including Denmark’s Roskilde, Poland’s Open’er and Spain’s Mad Cool. Jennie also headlined Chicago’s Lollapalooza in the United States earlier this month, making her the first female soloist from the K-pop world to do so, and she’ll soon head to Japan for Summer Sonic.

For Airbnb, the partnership continues the strategy of converting properties originally seen only on screen into actual overnight stays and points travelers toward different regions rather than Spain’s more heavily trafficked destinations. And for Jennie, it is the logical endpoint partnership to honor a project she wrote, co-directed, and released largely on her own terms. After having control of the storytelling, she’s now opening up the space where it all happened for those who want to explore her world as well.

Booking requests to stay at the Spanish villa where Jennie shot her “Less Than a Lover” music video open on August 12 at 9:00 a.m. ET via Airbnb.
