LUCENA CITY – Six local government units in the provinces of Cavite, Batangas and Rizal have suspended face-to-face classes in public and private schools on Thursday (August 13), due to heavy rains brought by the southwest monsoon. In Cavite, Cavite City Mayor Denver Chua and Bacoor City Mayor Strike Revilla announced class suspensions at all levels in their respective localities.
