LUCENA CITY – The water level at Laguna de Bay continued to rise, reaching 12.15 meters as of 7 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 13, according to the Laguna Lake Development Authority (LLDA). The LLDA said its near-real-time Radar Level Sensors recorded an increase from 12.08 meters 24 hours earlier.
