TACLOBAN CITY— A fire broke out at a row of market stalls in Barangay 3 of Dolores, Eastern Samar, on Tuesday night as the town was celebrating its annual fiesta. The fire affected six families and caused an estimated P160,000 in property damage, the regional Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) said.
