SAN ANTONIO, Zambales — An 84-year-old woman died in a fire that engulfed a residential house in Olongapo City on Wednesday night, the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) said. Fire Officer 2 Jayferson Liwag said in a telephone interview on Thursday that the fatality, Claudia Bautista, was unable to escape the burning house along Bonifacio Extension in Barangay Pag-asa. The fire broke out at 7:42 p.m. and was completely extinguished at 8:16 p.m., Liwag said.
