MOSCOW, August 13. /TASS/. Air defenses intercepted and destroyed 362 Ukrainian drones over Russian regions, as well as over the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov overnight, the Defense Ministry reported.

A young woman was injured when a drone crashed in the Rostov Region.

In the Bashkortostan Region, two people were injured as a result of a drone attack. A fire broke out in an industrial zone where one of Wildberries’ facilities is located.

In addition, Sevastopol was left without power due to a Ukrainian attack.

  • According to its statement, the drones were shot down over the Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh, Kaluga, Kursk, Orenburg, Oryol, Penza, Rostov, Ryazan, Samara, Tula, Ulyanovsk, Moscow, Bashkortostan, Tatarstan and Krasnodar Regions, Crimea, as well as the waters of the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov.

Consequences

  • A young woman staying at a resort near Donetsk was injured when a drone crashed in the Rostov Region, Governor Yury Slyusar reported on his Max channel.

  • The victim is in moderate condition and has been taken to the hospital for treatment.

  • Fires broke out in dry vegetation in the village of Nizhnyaya Kovaleva and in the schoolyard of the village of Volchensky.

  • Several windows in the school building itself were damaged.

  • All fires were quickly extinguished.

  • Debris from one of the drones fell in the Salavat industrial zone in the Bashkortostan Region, causing a fire, regional head Radiy Khabirov wrote on his Max.

  • As a result of the drone attack, a fire broke out in an industrial zone in the Bashkortostan Region where one of Wildberries’ facilities is located, the company’s press service later reported.

  • Fire crews are on the scene.

  • A preemptive evacuation was carried out at the facility in accordance with safety requirements, the press service said.

  • According to company representatives, no goods were stored there.

  • Khabirov later reported that two people were injured as a result of the drone attack on the Bashkortostan Region.

  • Both are in the hospital and receiving necessary medical assistance.

  • The regional head reported that the target of the attacks was a logistics center.

  • Firefighters are currently extinguishing the blaze there, and a Ka-32 fire and rescue helicopter has been deployed.

Attack on Sevastopol

  • Sevastopol was left without power overnight as a result of a Ukrainian military attack on the city’s energy infrastructure, Governor Mikhail Razvozhayev reported.

  • The city head noted that special measures have been implemented at the facilities, and specialists are assessing the extent of the damage.

  • Emergency services are on full alert.
