Celebrities’ involvement in professional wrestling has been highlighted more over the last two years.

Travis Scott got involved at WrestleMania 41 to help John Cena win his 17th WWE championship, Jelly Roll has had multiple matches in the ring and Lil Yachty has been the mouthpiece for Trick Williams.

Blake Monroe, who is currently on WWE’s SmackDown roster, recently named one celebrity she would like to get in the ring with as celebrity appearances become more common.

She told Love Wrestling before SummerSlam that she recently watched a movie featuring actress Jennifer Lawrence, which appeared to be "No Hard Feelings," and thought she would be a good fit.

"I’ve said this and I got a bit of a weird reaction when I said it – Jennifer Lawrence," Monroe said. "So, there was a movie I watched. I still don’t know the name of it. She dates a kid and he’s like a bit of a loser. She’s older. … She dates like a kid. He’s like a bit of a nerd.

"She takes him skinny dipping on the beach and these kids steal their clothes and she goes and beats them up and she’s butt-naked giving out perfectly formed Saito suplexes. So, I’m like, I think she would be really, really good. And she’s so funny and hot. So, Jennifer Lawrence, if you want to fight me or fight with me, you know where to come."

Monroe has made multiple vignettes ahead of her highly anticipated in-ring debut on the main roster but has yet to have a match. She made one appearance on "Friday Night SmackDown" in June, taking out Giulia.

She last went up against Tatum Paxley, challenging her for the NXT Women’s North American Championship in a casket match on April 21. She lost the match and it appeared SmackDown was going to be the next step.

Paxley recently made her first appearance on "Friday Night SmackDown," coming to the aid of Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss as Flair took on Jade Cargill.
