Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) on Thursday (August 13) launched ‘Bharatgas Lite ZIP’, a new premium Free Trade LPG (FTL) service designed to provide customers with a faster and simpler LPG registration and delivery.

Under this new service, customers can obtain an instant new LPG connection, and the booked LPG cylinder will be delivered at their doorstep within four hours of placing the order.

“Bharatgas Lite ZIP has been introduced with the objective of providing customers with instant LPG connections, ultra-fast delivery, and technology-enabled services,” BPCL said.

The composite cylinder under the initiative is lightweight and can be easily carried. It is transparent, which helps monitor LPG level; and aesthetically designed. The service aims to meet the needs of working professionals, students, urban households, and migrant residents who value fast, reliable, and convenient LPG services.

Bharatgas Lite ZIP has been launched across 30 cities. By August 15, the service will be expanded to an additional 70 cities across 24 states, taking its presence to 100 cities nationwide. Subsequently, the service will be introduced in more major cities across the country.
