1. The promoter is Viator, Inc., with principal place of business at 400 1st Avenue, Needham, MA 02494, US (the “Promoter”).
2. This promotion will run from [12th August 2026] to [26th August 2026], closing at 23:59 UK time (GMT+1) on the end date (“Promotional Period”).
3. No purchase necessary to enter or win.
4. The Promotion is open to any person who is at least 18 years of age, except (a) employees of the Promoter, (b) employees of any of the Promoter's group companies, (c) employees of any third-party experience operator listed on the Promoter's online marketplace, or (d) members of the immediate families or households of any person referenced in 4(a), (b), or (c).

6. The Independent will collate all eligible entries after the end of the Promotional Period, and the winner will be randomly selected.
7. The winner will be drawn at random and contacted by Viator via the email address provided at entry. Proof of identity and age may be required.
8. The winner must respond to Viator’s email notification within 30 days to confirm acceptance and redeem their prize. Failure to respond within 30 days, or to meet the eligibility requirements, may result in forfeiture of the prize, and a new winner may be selected.
9. The confirmed winner will receive their prize amount as a promotional code to be entered at checkout, to be used towards experiences bookable through Viator. The prize value will be issued in GBP.
