According to ASTRA’s analysis of eyewitness footage, the “NS-Oil” oil refinery in the district town of Novospasskoye was attacked.
NS-Oil CJSC is a small oil refinery that receives, prepares, and processes crude oil to produce light and heavy petroleum products.
The plant’s total production capacity is 30,000 metric tons of crude oil per year.
