Mariel Padilla reflected on friendship, saying her heart feels “fuller” now that she has a “smaller” circle of friends.

The TV host shared her realization after celebrating her recent 42nd birthday with her close friends including Toni Gonzaga, Sen. Camille Villar, Ruffa Gutierrez and Marjorie Barretto, as seen on Mariel’s Instagram page on Thursday, Aug, 13.

“The ones who have seen you through different seasons of your life. The ones you can laugh with until your stomach hurts, cry with, be completely yourself with, and somehow pick up exactly where you left off no matter how much time has passed,” she continued.

Mariel emphasized how she values her people, noting how life has a “funny way” of revealing the true ones.

“My circle may be smaller, but my heart has never felt fuller,” she added. “These are my people. My constants. My truest friends. And I wouldn’t trade them for anything.” /ra
