CALASIAO, Pangasinan – A two-year-old girl drowned in a canal on Thursday afternoon, allegedly after her older sibling accidentally pushed her while playing along a road in Barangay Dinalaoan in this town. Kristine Joy Soriano, spokesperson for the Calasiao Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, said the incident was considered an accident and did not fall within the parameters of a disaster-related incident.
