SAN JUAN CITY — Mayor Francis Zamora monitored the weather situation and overall condition of San Juan City from the Makabagong San Juan Command Center as the city experienced successive periods of heavy rainfall. Through the citywide CCTV network, the local government closely monitored water levels, road conditions and possible flooding in different areas of San Juan in real time.
