According to Ukrinform, Cherkasy Regional Governor Ihor Taburets reported this on Telegram.
According to Taburets, the Russian UAV, which was loaded with shrapnel, struck an apartment building.
Medics provided assistance to five people injured in the attack. They declined hospitalization.
"The residents of the apartment that was at the epicenter of the strike were not at home at the time of the attack," Taburets said.

Rescuers quickly extinguished the fires. One of the building's entrances sustained significant damage. All relevant services are working at the scene, and an emergency response center has been set up.
