ILOILO CITY, Philippines — Police recovered about 200 grams of suspected “shabu” (crystal meth) worth P1.36 million during a search warrant operation in Barangay Bahit, Panitan, Capiz, on Friday morning, Aug. 14. The Police Regional Office 6 (PRO6) said the operation was conducted at 6:48 a.m. against alias “Kenn,” a 43-year-old married and unemployed man classified as a high-value individual and listed as a regional priority target.
