Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

“Today we have new significant results from our precision strikes. In Russia’s Samara region, one of Roscosmos’s key facilities—the Progress Center, which was involved, among other things, in the production of electronics—has been struck. ‘Flamingo’ missiles were used; this is a great achievement. The distance from our border is about 900 kilometers,” the head of state said.

Zelensky also added that Ukraine’s “long-range sanctions” reached the “Savasleika” airfield, where Russian missile launchers based there are used to strike cities and villages in Ukraine.

“This is about 700 kilometers from Ukraine. We have also confirmed the damage we needed to inflict on an oil facility in the town of Ust-Luga. The distance is over 800 kilometers from our border,” Zelensky noted.

The head of state thanked all the units involved for their precision.

“Our plan for ‘long-range sanctions’ against Russia for this war is being carried out, and it is important that Russia’s war potential be reduced. Peace is needed, and this must be visible in Russia—through concrete damage to specific targets,” he emphasized.

As reported by Ukrinform, the General Staff confirmed the strike on a production complex belonging to the gas company “Novatek” in the Leningrad region.
