BAGUIO CITY — Calamity-affected residents in this city received about P3.1 million worth of assistance following heavy rains brought by recent storms and the enhanced southwest monsoon over the past two weeks, according to the city government. City social welfare and development officer Liza Bulayungan said the assistance consisted of food, non-food items and cash from the city government, the Department of Social Welfare and Development-Cordillera Administrative Region (DSWD-CAR) and private donors.
