TAGBILARAN CITY — A dog was euthanized after suffering a severe spinal injury when a vehicle hit it along M. Espuelas Street here on Saturday, Aug. 15. The incident occurred at 4:30 p.m. and was captured by a closed-circuit television (CCTV) camera, according to Bohol Animal Rescue and Kindness Inc. (BARK). The dog, described by its owner as a beloved family pet, suffered a dislocated lumbar spine after a white vehicle struck it.
