LUCENA CITY —About 28 local governments in the provinces of Cavite and Batangas have suspended face-to-face classes at all levels in public and private schools on Monday due to continuing monsoon rains. The Cavite Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) posted on Facebook at around 9:30 p.m. on Sunday (August 16) that class suspensions have been declared in Dasmariñas City, General Trias City, Imus City, Tagaytay City, Bacoor City, Trece Martires City, and Cavite City.
