SAN ANTONIO, Zambales — The Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) shifted to a work-from-home arrangement at noon on Monday amid continuous heavy rains and flooding in the Subic Bay Freeport. The SBMA said the arrangement was pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 127 issued by the Office of the President.
