Kazem Gharibabadi, Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister for Legal and International Affairs, slammed Israel for its ongoing attacks and killings in Gaza.
In a post on X, Gharibabadi said that Israel's national security minister Itamar Ben Gvir has set "a 'nightly quota' for the massacre in Gaza", amid the rising death toll in the besieged enclave despite a so-called ceasefire.
"This Zionist criminal simultaneously speaks of expelling Palestinians and settlement construction throughout Gaza," he added. "These confessions must be recorded and preserved for the day of reckoning and trial of these criminals."
Israel has killed over 73,391 people in Gaza since October 2023, with thousands more missing and believed to be buried beneath the rubble.
