SAN ANTONIO, Zambales — Flooding hit several areas of Olongapo City on Monday as water levels beneath three bridges rose to evacuation level amid continuing rains brought by the southwest monsoon, or habagat. There was flooding near a market in Barangay East Bajac-Bajac and along Otero Avenue corner Filtration Road in Barangay Mabayuan. Rushing floodwaters were also seen along Jose Abad Santos Avenue near Kalayaan Gate in Barangay Old Cabalan, an access point connecting the city to the Subic Bay Freeport.
